Pathetic aftersales service, a brand new car with a dead battery only the 2nd day and roadside assistance is not unlimited. this dealership do not treat your problem with urgency at all. the service manager must speak to the parts manager who must speak to workshop manager, a whole lot of talking and no doing!!! while they are busy talking about the issue I am sitting with a brand new car that does not want to start in the mornings. I thought If I buy a Renault brand new I won't have issues but clearly that is not the case.

I recently Purchased a 2016 Polo GP 1.4 TDI from Hyundai Somerset West, before you sign the deal you get treated like royalty, I commend the financial manager for pulling through a good deal for me, but The service I received after I signed the Deal is pathetic. We did a cash back deal and I was told on 22/11/2017 that I will receive the funds in 48 hours by the Sales Manager Tremaine and the Salesman Whanie but today is the 30/11/2017 and I have not received the funds in my account yet!!! the worst thing is, I phoned them on Monday the 27/11/2017 and was told by Whanie he is handling it with Head Office the money will be in by Wednesday the 29/11/2017, Wednesday the money was still not in my account, Thursday 30/11/2017 I phoned again and was told by whanie 4 times the money will be paid in my account today after 12pm, but still no money, I was promised they will send an e-mail with proof of payment, I have not received the e-mail???? I have not heard from the Sales Manager Tremaine ever since signing the Deal regarding my cash back, All I got was lies from Whanie, this is very bad after sales service, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
