Poor poor "service"

If I could give a zero I would.

Waiting for since August for a basic part for fuel flap movement.

I've phoned every week/two weeks. No communication ever from their side.

Today (2 December) I went in person in sheer frustration as phone calls clearly don't get taken seriously or returned.

Their "excuse" there was a communication error?!
