The worst possible experience. I went to Renault Motus Parow to replace a bearing of a car I bought less than three months ago. My car stood for 3 days before anyone bothered to touch it. My car has warranty; the warranty providers waited three days for 3 pictures and a video. A service that was booked and should have been a 1-day thing spanned over 4 days. The customer service is awful, the person assisting me had such an attitude and so unhelpful. After my car stood for 3 WHOLE days, they still hadn't even ordered the part. Currently on day 4, WITH NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT.
