To the amazing team at Renault East Rand – Motus, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank every single person who played a role in making one of the biggest moments in my family’s life so special. Firstly, thank you to Mr. Mduduzi Mdladla for taking the time to assist me with my car application. The care, kindness, and love you showed my family went far beyond normal customer service. The way you continuously came to check on us made us feel truly welcomed and at home. You treat your customers like family, like people you have known for years. Renault East Rand and Motus should truly recognize and appreciate the incredible way you represent the company. To Sis Lolitha Makhaya — I will never forget the very first words you said to me: “Please come fetch your car.” Those words still feel unreal to me. The calmness in your voice, your patience, and the respect you showed us gave my family such a positive view of people in leadership positions. Renault East Rand’s recruitment and selection team deserves credit because your staff members are truly sincere, caring, and professional. Mr. Simphiwe Mkize — wow, words honestly feel too small. The confidence you had throughout this entire process was unbelievable. I remember wanting to leave and come back the next day, but you said: “You can’t come to us wanting a car and leave without one.” At that moment it sounded impossible, but by 18:00 you made sure I drove away with my car. Then you even said: “When you come for your number plate, I will pour you petrol.” What level of service is this? After everything you already did for me and my family, including assisting with the deposit, you still went above and beyond. I am truly out of words. Sego — what a bubbly and wonderful person you are. You constantly checked if my family was okay and if we needed anything to drink. You made the 6 hours of waiting worthwhile. My partner and I truly appreciate your kindness and energy. And to the rest of the staff — especially those who helped babysit our 9-month-old baby — you are all stars. This did not feel like just another sale to you. You made us feel valued, respected, and cared for. When we wanted to go buy food for the baby, the reception lady immediately said: “Nope, you can’t bolt, let me find someone to drive you there.” To the wonderful lady who drove my wife and child, thank you. My wife was so happy with how friendly and caring you were, even allowing her to leave the baby with you in the car comfortably and safely. To everyone at Renault East Rand – Motus: Thank you for the love, care, and support you showed me and my family. For me, this is top-tier service. I would honestly recommend anyone buying a car — especially for the first time — to visit Renault East Rand – Motus. The culture, warmth, and customer care there is something everyone deserves to experience. May God bless every one of you for the work that you do.

Dear Renault South Africa Customer Care, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a promotional offer that has not been honoured by the Renault dealership where I purchased my vehicle. At the time of purchase, the dealership clearly advertised that customers would receive a R5,000 shopping voucher with every vehicle purchase. This promotion was visibly displayed on the vehicles at the dealership, and I have attached photographic evidence. I proceeded with the purchase in good faith based on this advertised promotion. However, the dealership has now refused to provide the R5,000 voucher, and no valid written explanation or exclusion was communicated to me prior to or during the sale. This matter has already been escalated to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA), and I am now requesting Renault South Africa to intervene and ensure that the advertised promotion is honoured. Please investigate this matter and provide feedback urgently, including confirmation of when I will receive the promotional voucher. I also got the car in a bad state bubbles in tinting that was sorted eventually l,however came back with bad surface contamination with in the paint refused to do clay bar treatment instead gave a light polish when I got the car back there was a dent a few scratches that was repaired very poorly I had to walk to the dealership from my work as my sales person Sibo refused to fetch me saying his busy when I got there he was just standing around this is really a bad response on purchasing my new Renault Kiger is this what Reanult’s workmanship is about stay clear of the paarden Eiland multi franchise branch!! The worst possible experience. I went to Renault Motus Parow to replace a bearing of a car I bought less than three months ago. My car stood for 3 days before anyone bothered to touch it. My car has warranty; the warranty providers waited three days for 3 pictures and a video. A service that was booked and should have been a 1-day thing spanned over 4 days. The customer service is awful, the person assisting me had such an attitude and so unhelpful. After my car stood for 3 WHOLE days, they still hadn't even ordered the part. Currently on day 4, WITH NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT.

Renault east rand motus select. I have a complain about the service. One sales assistant by the name of kagiso called me and asked if I can be his spoter . His deal was if I get him a successful client he will Pay me R2000.00 as a token of appreciation. I did wat he asked nd now nothing happened. But he got a successful client from me. Four months ago . He asked for my i d, proof of bank account and the sars documents. I submitted and till now no payment I'm still waiting. I would like to here from the dealer about this matter. What is going on i need the money. My child need clothing.

I can't thank SIFISO KUBHEKA at Motus Vehicles Distributors enough! He was absolutely amazing—he helped me find my radio code, and I am beyond grateful! Before this, I was really upset because I couldn’t enjoy my music, and my daughter would cry every time we were in the car. Music truly helps her stay calm, so this meant the world to me. His help completely turned my month around. OMG THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!

I bought a car cash at Renault Motus east rand which was a demo car on the 11th June 2025. Gave them couple of days to prepare the licensing documents and get the car ready for collection. I personally informed the sales executive that I am buying the car for e-hailing services. Is about 13days still waiting for the registration documents.
