I would like to thank Alan for the amazing service he gave us when we wanted a car he was very understanding, kind and patient he went beyond with making sure that everything went according and we also happy with the procedure and also Gizelle also played a huge part with making everything run smoothly. I would like to thank them and honestly no words can describe how happy I am
I placed an order online on 30th and when I received the invoice I noticed there were 3 items missing but had not received a text or email saying that those items were not available and I sent an email telling them and the two items were refund the Kelloggs coco pops and doritos only and I called to them them the 24 pack Rhodes apple was still not refunded not delivered what's happening with it I called last Friday and was given reference ref:JAME and I expressed that it's not the first time and the agent told me to get quicker results I must call wonderboom myself to ask what's happening like seriously why should I be reminding people how to do their jobs??? I placed an order and if something isn't in stock refund it or the least you can do is communicate what agent wrong and when will it be delivered
I bought online 14 Jan and wonderboom branch was the one who packed my order and invoiced it when I received it two items were missing I have been calling from 21 Jan stil no one is assisting me with the issue, online agents keep on saying they will escalate the matter but nothing is done
I bought items online and when they were supposed to be delivered I asked them to change date cause there isn't someone in the house and they agreed that they will deliver on Sunday after 2 and on Sunday around 10 someone calls that they at my gate and I asked had they not told you that I made arrangements he said he will call later after deliveries he might bring it at Waverley were I was at and he called around 12 that his on the other side of Pretoria he is knocking off he can't deliver and I sent WhatsApp to delivery company and arrange to change the address to my work address but yet again the driver calls his at my gate ignored the instructions or they were not relayed to him don't know and when I open my package later on there were two items missing and called the customer service Tuesday morning and was given reference number that wonderboom branch will give feedback but nothing even today called and wonderboom didn't pick up and was told to call again later yet it's their fault. I also on the 14 January logged a return after when I opened my package a potty training chair was broken til now nothing their service is disgrace
I would like to take this opportunity to thank a driver called Enoch I didn't get his surname but hopefully this message gets through to him or his manager. He has been delivering my parcel from last year every time I order from cosmetic connection and he always makes sure to give the almost perfection when it comes to communication and today after realizing that the will be no one to receive my package I tried changing my delivery address and he called and he immediately realized who I am and offered to come back later when there is someone and not only that calling after delivery that he got someone and gave it to so n so so I would like to say keep up the good work and thank you so much not everyone has the same patience like you
I bought online 18 Dec and I choose door to door option cause wanted them before Christmas I called on the 24th as I was supposed have received my order they said unfortunately they don't think it would be delivered that day yet I choose that option cause needed it than even now nothing very disappointed
When there to buy fruits and when I was about to pay there was a til with no customer when I approached the til she does not even greet and not friendly after ringing my stuff I tell her want to pay with two cards then I realized I still be short 20 or something less don't remember exact amount she start being impatient asking why and she calls someone doesn't explain to me that the til cab only accept two payments she speaks with the lady in Afrikaans as though I'm not there and gets frustrated with pc and the lady kindly explain that they can only accept two payments and I transferred money made second payment and the lady apologize but it's unfortunate that she is the one apologizing yet the rude cashier wasn't, she should learn to be polite and friendly especially cause she works with people through out day her attitude totally disgusting
On 19 of November I bought Rhineston syrup the big bottle at clicks Faerie Glen when I arrived home I realized the expiry is 11/2024 and still have the slip tried to buy another one at Waverley clicks and it also had the same expiring date. And the slip I had there was nothing at the back written about conditions When I try to exchange it was told they can't it's against policy yet it's not against policy to keep on shelves medication that is left with a week to expire
I just called to inquire about a promotion I saw yesterday that indicates that pampers all range and pants its 199 and have a phamplet stating that but they say it's only the active pampers that on promotion Why are promotion advertised and stating all spars and kwispar yet they not honoring them???
Im utterly disappointed with thier service I uploaded my account and decided to try out for uber eats cause I saw that first time user's get a discount minimum order must be 80 or more and the discount is up to 100 so I clicks on it and it showed restaurant that participate and use it at McDonald's and when checking out it indicated the 100 off was supposed to pay R31 but they deducted the who 131 and delivery fee I think,when i tried to cancel the order was told will be charged 119 and of which is ******* cause I qualified and check out amount was not same as what they deducted on my PayPal account and when I query it they keep on saying I must send a screen shot of the code and email addresse but I took screenshots of the app stating that and pictures of the transaction.
