Registration documents
I bought a car cash at Renault Motus east rand which was a demo car on the 11th June 2025. Gave them couple of days to prepare the licensing documents and get the car ready for collection. I personally informed the sales executive that I am buying the car for e-hailing services. Is about 13days still waiting for the registration documents.

Standard Bank Credit Cards
I have paid up my credit card in full.I request a paid up letter on Tuesday and to make a follow up on my request today only got a email from them requesting my banking details for a R4.85 credit. I informed them I don't need the R4.85 i want the paid up letter they can keep the R4.85

Wesbank refund
I paid wesbank R32 000.00 to settle my car only to pay an extra amount.I have been begging them to refund me the extra cash i paid them.They requested a proof of my 3 months bank statement to track if funds were transferred i made highlights on those transactions including the settlement amount of R32000.00 My account 85273401956 Please assist me with getting the extra amount i made to settlement my car loan amount.
