Pathetic Service
Paid them 100k deposit for a car which turned out to be a wrong year model, they offered no compensation for the error even tho i was still willing to buy the car.. waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the last week.. They keep giving me the run around about waiting for head office. Empty promises, lack of integrity and transparency. When the DP cannot give answers he passes the buck and gets the manager to call and give another pathetic excuse. Prestige? not prestigious at all !!

Car problems after service
Firstly i took my car to Renault in Rooderpoort and they left the deep stick inside. My colleagues told me not to use that place again. Then since the car is in Pietermaritzburg so i used that side to service the car. Started having problems right away . I bought a battery in 2020 now its damaged. I managed to get another one and its also damaged. Now im using someone else's battery and when we informed renault they said we must bring the car and they will check it. They checked and they said they is nothing wrong with the car i must buy a new battery again. Question what if it gets damaged. Now i must pay R400 to fetch the car from them for checking it
