I just want to bring to your attention that the following dealer Motus Renault Roodepoort is ****ming the innovation group as well as people out of false repairs that need to be done. On 23 February 26 I took my car for a service to motus Renault Roodepoort they kept my car the entire day and did not do the service - I received a phone call that afternoon informing me that the engine needs to be overhauled - I refused as I knew nothing was wrong with my car, I took my car back and took it to another dealer Renault clear water yesterday 02 March 26 where they did the service and informed me that nothing was wrong with my car.

My concern is that Renault Roodepoort is trying to **** people and the innovation group out of thousands of rands for repairs that is not needed.

This is unacceptable and the lack of professionalism of that branch is shocking. Due to the false information that was provided to me by Renault Roodepoort I have encountered unnecessary expenses as well as unnecessary distress. I really hope that by me reporting the incident that it would be investigated as I fear that this has happened to a number of people before me as well.
