Poor communication

The communication at the 2nd hand dealership Motus is up to …… it’s almost 2 weeks since I’m waiting for feedback in connection with a manufacturer warranty claim

They say it will take up to five days but we standing weeks later and I need to send them WhatsApp messages to follow up but then just get ignored

Can’t believe that’s the service we get after buying a car from them
