I brought a Renault Kwid in for a check up at Renault Tableview, as the car started giving problems after they serviced it,the lady that assisted me was so cold when I brought the car in because I came after 9:00 am and I explained that I stucked 2x won the way to them,she said the diagnostic is about an hour and they will make contact with a quote of what need fixing,it's 10:40 now ,they didn't make any contact,I contacted them,they said their service specialist or someone will contact me but no one made any contact, it seems they just parked the car there and left it, but the car was booked for yesterday.We use the car for business and they waisting time and simply don't care or value clients time,it's really disappointing,unprofessional and unacceptable to get such service.

Worst customer service ever, Took my car for a Major service there in January. I indicated to the service agent that there is a misfire/fault on the engine of my car, upon collection of my vehicle I started it up and found there was still a issue with my vehicle, called the workshop foreman and he told me that the ran all the test that needed to be done an all was cleared, i wasn't happy with that responds, he took the car into the workshop and funny enough he picked up 3 issues on his readings, so tell me I'm paying for you guys to lie to me? He then informed me to report the issue to the service agent which I did, I was informed that I would have to pay for them to run the test again when booking in my vehicle again, but didn't the workshop foreman just confirm now that there's a problem? I can understand why many people run to Renault in Paarden Eiland because their customer service and satisfaction is levels above Renault Table View and Tokia. They(Renault Table view) send out this survey after your car has been with them an you complain on there but not a phone call or anything feedback. They make it seem like they doing you a Favour yet you paying them for their service.

How does Renault expect people to buy cars, and there is not even brake pads available in the country, a normal consumable product. No Feedback from Service advisors

I will not recommended anyone to purchase from this branch. It's problem after problem. 4 years later.. taking the car back basically every 2/3rd month for the past 4years for the exact same problem. They basically wait for the warranty to expire before actually doing what was supposed to be done. Email after email, phonecall after phonecall-with evidence! Lesson learnt, will NEVER recommend Renault Table View to anyone. Putting the Renault brand in VERY bad light. Please think twice!!

I will not recommended anyone to purchase from this branch. It's problem after problem. 4 years later.. taking the car back basically every 2/3rd month for the past 4years for the exact same problem. I was so happy with my car service at Renault Tableview in Jan 2021. I went to them after a recommendation that they do the best Renault services in the area, and I can only agree. They never tried to make me do extra "repairs" or "replacements" which one is always on the lookout for with car servicers - on the contrary, they warned me of a car part that I must monitor, as it might need replacement in the future. I was also very happy with their customer service - I was informed well ahead of time when my car would be ready fir collection, and the phoned the next day to ask for feedback about my experience with them. All in all I am very happy.

Horrible service. I made an appointment for the door handle that was broken on Thurday the 21/01/2021and was told to bring it on Tuesday 26/01/2021 between 7:00 and 08:00 and they even sent a reminder on Monday . Got to the warehouse only to be told it is fully booked and that it will only be attended in the afternoon. Upon calling them they told me that it was not covered under warranty which i didnt have a problem with as I was going to pay from my pocket .

I replaced my wipers in November 2019 at Renault Table View , then January 2020 when it rained, they were not clearing the windscreen, I then contacted them,and because my service was due soon I opted to replace then when I take car for service, when I eventually took it in, they didn't have wipers in store, a week later it rained I called them and they said they have them in store, I then went there and I was told to pay over R600 for wipers and labor aswell, I refused that since I believe it's manufacturing error, I contacted head office, I was told they have 1year guarantee on their stuff, then they said they gonna resolve... After almost a month, whereby some emails where ignored, I got a reply that the claim has been declined I have to pay for them, and they can only offer free labor... Is or really possible to replace wipers in less than two months, where you spend over R600. This is sad, and the people there are rude and don't really give you attention, I will never in my life buy another Renault, they don't appreciate us, and just wanna take any money possible from customers.
