Dotsure handled my claim after the accident I had with my Suzuki Swift with genuine professionalism and really went the extra mile to accommodate me when I needed them most.Their legal team gathered all evidence for the court case and won the case against the reckless young man who wrote my car off and **** about a 3rd vehicle that pushed his car into mine, I can surely without a doubt recommend Dotsure to anyone who want insurance with peace of mind. I thank God for an insurance company that I can rely on at anytime necessary.
I am currently at KFC VANGATE MALL, bought a box clever which is priced R69.90 and includes a small drink but the drink is not available, they said I must change to adding a buddy bottle drink,then they add R10.00 to the cart instead of the difference of the price of the drinks.Thats just dishonest and unprofessional as that is overcharge because the price of the small drink is already included and they should have charged the difference between these drinks. I am very disappointed that such a large company can be so dishonest.
I was at BP GARAGE Broadway Strand for R300 petrol,the petrol attendant was very unfriendly, didn't even greet,the fuel pump showed R300,he put R299.98 deliberately, to prevent me from entering the competition which requires minimum R300 petrol to enter.I never received such bad service and unprofessionalism from any petrol station before.
I requested some time ago,during 2025 for my mother in law and her friend and the trip was R195 on uber,my mother in law and her friend are both born again Christians who always pay their fee unfortunately on that day they had a dishonest driver who told uber they didn't pay and because I requested the payment due is on my name, I sent uber an email and told them that their driver is dishonest and **** about these elders as they always pay their fee,uber blatantly ignore that and want me to pay R194 for a trip that elders paid in full last year already. It's disappointing that uber can be so unreasonable especially with elders who a regular paying clients. It seem uber is that unreasonable and greedy like that driver.This happened last year already and I thought they sorted the problem, now today,uber still want me to pay R194 for a trip that was fully paid by my mother in law and her friend.
I brought a Renault Kwid in for a check up at Renault Tableview, as the car started giving problems after they serviced it,the lady that assisted me was so cold when I brought the car in because I came after 9:00 am and I explained that I stucked 2x won the way to them,she said the diagnostic is about an hour and they will make contact with a quote of what need fixing,it's 10:40 now ,they didn't make any contact,I contacted them,they said their service specialist or someone will contact me but no one made any contact, it seems they just parked the car there and left it, but the car was booked for yesterday.We use the car for business and they waisting time and simply don't care or value clients time,it's really disappointing,unprofessional and unacceptable to get such service.
Greetings all,I my wife and I went to McDonald's in Hanover Park, we waited for service and I was one of the employees if there's no one to assist as we wanted to order and pay cash,she said the assistant went somewhere and will come back to assist, after waiting for while again, we left as it seem no one was coming to assist and the others who saw us waiting at the counter to order ignored us.I never want to go back there because I think if it was white people, McDonald's employees would have assisted immediately. Such service in the millennium is pathetic and really unacceptable.
I was with my daughters in Jet today and had a very bad experience with the manageress and one of their staff who was very unprofessional and disrespectful.The staff member refused to exchange items.We lodged a complaint at customer care and customer care said the items can be exchanged.We went back to Jet to exchange the items and asked for the manager,she came and was very unprofessional, didn't greet and dictated to my daughter what she must take in place of the items returned.I told her she can't dictate to a customer,she was arguing and that is very unprofessional.The staff member who refused in the first place came and said that it was up to the manager to allow the exchange and I told her that is very unprofessional and rude to argue with a customer in front of another staff member and other customers.We are regular customers of jet for years now and never had such a bad experience.We would have bought other stuff but it was to unpleasant to continue with any shopping at Jet Somerset West.I am very disappointed and unhappy with the the staff member's and the manageress' rudeness and unprofessional behavior and the way she handled the complaint.This is totally unacceptable.After all these tears of shopping at jet,I never want to shopping their again and will never recommend anyone to shop their.
Dotsure left me with debts after my Suzuki Swift that I insured with them with a shortfall cover as well Dotsure's shortfall cover is a shortfall on its own because it didn't cover my shortfall with the bank that financed my car.They are useless in investigating and just gave up when the young man who was reckless and negligent said afterwards that there was a 3rd vehicle who pushed his car into mine.What's worst is that dotsure never bothered to get any evidence or statements from the police officers who can confirm that there was no 3rd vehicle involved as they attended the accident scene and interviewed me and the young man who admitted on the scene that he drove into my Suzuki from behind as he was driving to fast.I can never recommend dotsure to anyone because they are totally useless.
I had an insurance policy with Dotsure,everything was well while the premiums were deducted untill my car was written off by a reckless young man,although the young man admitted on the scene which was attended by 2 police officers of Macassar, Dotsure immediately stop their investigation when the young man said afterwards that his car was pushed by another vehicle into mine.Even with no evidence of a 3rd vehicle, Dotsure still believed what the young man said afterwards and stopped their investigation,.I also had a shortfall cover with dotsure expecting it will cover the shortfall of the bank like any other insurance company's shortfall cover, only to find out that Dotsure paid a small percentage of the shortfall, leaving me with debt to the finance bank and without a vehicle as Dotsure didn't settle the full amount I owe the bank Dotsure has no back bone to claim my access they deducted from the settlement amount and has no backbone to even do a proper investigation because the police officers who attended the scene can confirm that there was no 3rd vehicle involved as said by me and the young man who was also questioned by those officers. I regret that I took out an insurance policy with Dotsure because their *********** caused me inconvenience and debt.Under no circumstances can I recommend them to anyone. To think as an ordained minister in church, I recommended another pastor but I will tell him and others how *********** Dotsure is.
I had an insurance with dotsure with a shortfall cover,when I had an accident where my Suzuki Swift was written off by a reckless young man,Dotsure simply stop their investigation when the young man said afterwards that there was a 3rd vehicle which pushed his car into mine,although there is no evidence of a 3rd vehicle and inspite of the police officers who can confirm that there were only 2 vehicles involved as they attended the scene on that Friday evening of 08/03/2024.Dotsure paid only a certain percentage of the shortfall cover which still left me with an amount to pay the bank.Its so disappointing to only find out after the accident that even their shortfall cover is a shortfall.So what is the point of having a shortfall cover with Dotsure. I can't recommend anyone to insure their vehicle or anything with Dotsure because they are pathetic and only care about the premiums they get from the client every month.,I must now pay a vehicle that I don't have because of dotsure's incompetence.Its really unacceptable to have an insurance company like Dotsure.All they had to do was to do a proper investigation and their shortfall should cover the full shortfall amount.
