Overcharge
I am currently at KFC VANGATE MALL, bought a box clever which is priced R69.90 and includes a small drink but the drink is not available, they said I must change to adding a buddy bottle drink,then they add R10.00 to the cart instead of the difference of the price of the drinks.Thats just dishonest and unprofessional as that is overcharge because the price of the small drink is already included and they should have charged the difference between these drinks. I am very disappointed that such a large company can be so dishonest.

Old meat
KFC Vangate take accountability of your actions ,The manager can't even send me an email to apologise for the old meat I was sold, instead they are doing a run around that when they call me ,I did not answer,then they closed my complaint,yet I've given them my email.I want my money back!

SELLING MEAT THAT IS NOT FRESH
I LODGED A COMPLAINED WITH CAS-***-H6L5X4 ORDFER NUMBER: 3113.Complaint YUM:0128000001399.I'M GETTING SMS'S THAT THEY CALLED ME AND COULD NOT REACH ME ,I GAVE THEM MY EMAIL ADDRESS WHY CANT THEY PUT IT ON EMAIL AS TO HOW THEY WILL RESOLVE The MATTER.DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT FOOD POSION DOES OR COST BY SELLING ME MEAT THAT IS NOT FRESH,DNT WASTE MY TIME,TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY,I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY!WHY SHOULD I BE CALLING YOU IF THE COMPLAINT IS LOGGED,I CLEARRLY EXPALINED WHAT HAPPENED AND ALSO INCLUDED PICTURES.IM EXPECTING AN EMAIL OF A SOLUTION.
