Found metal in my child’s chicken — completely unsafe and unacceptable!
I was reference by my brother who gifted me a gift with Platinum I'm not sure is this is legit or ****, they took my ID info my home address abd this is since 15th April on my birthday, up till today no package delivery or phone call...even thou they asked for my cell number. Up till today no one has called or no delivery, they said it's for cancer awareness. Be in my my late mom passed away and i was recently diagnosed luckily i had it cut out abd was not soread far. Let one think twice ppl should be aware of this to use cancer to lure ppl.
RainOne. I have sent emails to be called or helped. I just been recently discharged from hspital, I called in the month to change my debit as I am not able to do so on my app. Now the wifi is off I'm not able to wfh. Up till now I have not gotten help. I have ordered again the new router I'm not very happy and thinking of just canceling

I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed in this branch service, not only have they got my order wrong they lie and make empty promises. I ordered a meal for my family via Mr Delivery, as it's convenient and easier as I cannot always go directly as I have a elderly father at home and kids. They delivered my meal, but there was few items missing a large chips and mash and graving which I have proof of receipt to show. I immediately called branch spoke to a lady which she hasn't provided a name, I advised her of what's missing she said they will send the driver back immediately. Keep in mind this was in loadshedding. My elderly father can only eat mash as he has allergy with the coleslaw, hence why I ordered that specifically for him. We waited over 2 hours the lady calls and advises they cannot deliver anymore, does not say or explain why, the meals cold no way of warming it again. She promises they will deliver first thing next am at 8am, it's pass 1 still nothing not a call from them. We had to eat a cold meal it's not fair at all. Its not the first time this has happened, and I'm not gonna leave it at this. Bunch of ****s.
I am extremely disgusted in debonairs service, up until today not one representative of there staff as called back, after which ive laid the complaint and them replying back that they would call me back to resolve this issue, not one of the staff, nor managers called and i laid conplaint the 13June. Im taking this matter further even if i should post on social media. This is unacceptable.
I am very disappointed and disgusted in the service of this place. Debonairs Vangate Mall Cape Town. We ordered online a pizza @ 7:31pm (Meaty crammed tripple Decker double cheese). We decided not to make supper and order instead. As phoning them would take longer as they never answer, so online was best option. We waited over 2 hours the driver called does not know where my address is, I explained he doesn't even understand proper English and drops call twice as im trying to explain. Hold and behold after trying to call bacj asking where our order is as my kids starting to get hungry as i never made supper, soneone from store calls and says its to late to deliver as the driver cant find my place they will deliver the next day. This is not the first time i receive bad service its very disappointing. I am not gonna leave this so. That time of night pass 9 pm what myst my kids eat and i placed order early evening. Very disgusted.
On the 30th December just after 23:30pm we had a power failure, at the same time I was withdrawing from the atm machine located at Engin garage in Belgravia Road, Cape Town. As my money was about to be dispersed from machine the power goes off so did the machine. I advised the security at that time and was told to wait the money would maybe still come out but nothing. No receipt just a text saying the money was withdrawn but I received nothing. The very next morning I went to the Capitec Branch in Athlone, I advised them what happened they then called head office or thats what they said. I was then told to wait 7days as they need to investigate, its not my fault on what happened I told the advisor that its my last money were am i to wait that long. Im not very happy and ive been with capitec for long time now. Why cant they just reverse the money back. I must now go borrow money to put food on table for my kids as that money was to get them food. Its so unfair. Not very impressed. Up till today i have not received any type of notification or phone call. Its not very proffessional.
I called in on monday the 02 March2015, I applied and got approved for R4000 which I need to attend to my sick son in hosiptal meds, agents who I've spoken to aswel as stacy and laura advised that they have received my documents which is my 3 month bank statement which I faxed thru sametime I received the text, all advised me that the money will be in my account early the next morning or the aftn its the 6th already still no funds I've been calling them probly 8 times all they say its in back office and in process, why do they then say money will be in 24hours, if its not the case. I need the money urgently as my sick sons in hospital and needs the meds which I need to pay for.
