****MERS GUISED AS A SERVICE CENTER!!! In December 2024, I brought my car in for the annual service and informed the Service Advisor(Matome) that my right side of the aircon was not blowing hot air and only blew cold air. He advised that the air vent needed replacement, so I requested a quote for it. Fast forward to March 2025, he ordered the air vent then I took the car in for the repairs on the 8th of April 2025. Repairs were completed and I was told that everything was in order. To my surprise when I tested my aircon, still no heat was coming out. I tested this for a few days until I had to go back to the Service Center on the 15th April to enquire about the latter, Matome checked and cited that it looks like the air vent that was replaced is in fact the one on the left side. He then requested that I send him an email so he could take this up with management. He then further mentioned that there must be something else wrong with my car heater which made me even more furious because what do you even mean after all this, I paid for absolutely nothing! He took no accountability at all for this ****oo on his end. I sent him an email as requested, he mized me for 2 weeks - no response at all! I then contacted the manager(Stephen) and he requested me to send the details to him which I did. I requested for a refund, guess what? None of the above was taken to account, now I must pay for new repairs?
