BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

From the minute I paid I had issues. They say they keep stock they dont really you may wait up to two weeks for your order and they do not communicate in between. After sales service is really really bad, I have lost my patience with them. I had the machine for just under two years and currently its no longer working and I am getting no assistance from them. She takes her own time to reply and has no care in the world about the inconvenience this has on my business.
