Renew Hair Dye Disappointment

In May 2025, I purchased a box with the wrong colour. I use blue black and my hair came out orange!! (Partly my fault, as I never did the test. I never do. I have been using the same colour for years and have never had an issue.)

I got hold of customer service, the lady was friendly and helpful and sent a voucher which I collected at Postnet. Unfortunately the voucher has no number on and was not accepted at any of the stores allocated. I got hold of Renew again and thd lady said she will replace it. September 2025, I contacted them again after not getting any feedback to be told they are switching to a digital system and she will get back to me as soon as possible.

It is now November 2025, still no word or response to any of my WhatsApp or emails.

In addition to this every time I have purchased this product this year, the amount of dye is getting less and less and not enough to cover all my hair!! (My hair is shorter than earlier this year too!)

I do not recommend this product.
