My car was sent to Renew-it in Bedfordview on the 22 March 26, with non-severe damages, including a busted tire, fender and the rear bumper.
I have not received a SINGLE communication from their side ever since the 22nd of March till today 28 April 26, I'm the one always calling and asking for feedback. I was promised to get updates every Tuesday with regards to the progression.
I was rudely assisted by Phindi, phone calls being cut, being transferred to no person to speak to, being told that I was once "called", but if you can't get ahold of a client via call why not send an SMS, email, WhatsApp like I've been requesting ever since I started calling them, I was assured to receive feedback, but nothing. I was promised to get feedback before end of business today, as I wait for a miracle.
I wouldn't recommend such services to anyone; hence I'll take this matter to Twitter and TikTok.
