I requested permission to have the damage assessed by a trusted service provider, but I did not receive any feedback. Despite my efforts to provide a video demonstrating the damage, my claim was still rejected, leaving me uncertain about the next steps.
Today, I contacted the company regarding a scratch on my car door, only to be informed that my policy had been canceled without any prior notification. I am unsure if this decision was influenced by the previous claim denial. The reason provided for the cancellation was a failed debit order, yet I did not receive any notice about this issue anywhere. When I initially joined this company last year, I received multiple SMS notifications regarding policy updates. However, no one contacted me to inform me about the intention to cancel my policy.
