Unwanted roommates (zero pest control by management)

If possible I’d give them 0 stars. I have even stayed there a full month but service is absolute garbage. I have been complaining for about a month over a roach infestation and they week in week out, they continuously drag their feet in getting this resolved. In less than a month, these pests have made themselves comfortable in belongings (clothing, couch, bed, etc) and management has done nothing about it. My final straw was waking up to a ****roach infestation my bed and when reported, they were so damn arrogant, with the maintenance manager telling me to run and escalate him and his service, and that he’s not scared.

If you want peace of mind and save money, stay very far from this place as you’ll need to buy a months’ worth of doom (since only 1 can runs out in a week) and keep getting ignored when you raise your problem.

I’m surprised that no one has called the environmental health department to do an inspection of the place.
