Do I really have to give a star? I don’t think so. Not even half a star.

Firstly, it started off where the maids would change with every cleaning, although I had to pay all moneys well in advance.

Secondly, the maids had broken numerous of my ornaments around the house- after mentioning this to the manager, I was told that there’s nothing they can do about this.

The maids had also stolen some of my sheets, after mentioning this I was told by the representative of the company that the service can no longer be rendered, since I’m always “complaining”.

The maids have also burnt more than one of my pillow cases, which I would find crumpled into a ball in the corner of the cupboard.

I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated.

This service will tarnish your company- if it hasn’t already.
