WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY - DO RENT RENT FROM THEM.

A complete ****. Do yourself a favour and don’t ever rent from them.

I wish I had read the reviews first as they did exactly what all the reviews say: **** you out of your deposit when you return the car. My experience was that even though their sheet was marked up as the door having a scratch on it, upon returning the car I was told that I was being charged for the door being “rebuffed” because of scratches that were new. They don’t take pictures of the car prior to rental and wouldn’t accept my video showing the scratches saying that those were the ones already there. I had to leave as I had a flight to catch.

The car was horrible to drive, the gears stick and it was a horrible experience. It’s not worth saving a few rand to rent from this disgrace of a business. I’m a local to Cape Town, so I can only imagine how they **** the tourists on a regular basis.
