I have signed a contract on the 5th of June 2025 last month and at the end of that month i made a payment of R1180 which includes monthly installment and delivery costs.Till this day i have not received my bed and they rather told me it's the suppliers who disappoints them which i want to know what has it got to do with me as a customer so i decided to ask for refund rather and it's more than a week now i have not recieved my refund and it's almost a 2 nd week gone but still nothing.I'm embarrassed with their service and so should they also
