I recently dealt with Rentmaster in Dec 2021 on a property i was leasing where the landlord (their client) had attempted to illegally withhold my deposit when i exited the rental. Ashleigh Laurent and team at Rentmaster acted swiftly to handle my enquiry with professionalism, care and diligence. They asked the right questions, took time to investigate all comments by both parties and I am glad to say that although the landlord is their client, this did not prejudice the group in anyway from ensuring the correct legal decision is actioned.
