If you're searching for a place to stay in Cape Town and come across this agency (Residential Letting), run. The agent is unresponsive to tenants needs. I've been trying to contact this specific all week about an issue in my apartment through email and phone calls. I even tried his 'personal' number, but I haven't received a single reply but they sent me my invoice for the month.

I've heard many negative things about this agent from other tenants and I honestly regret doing business with them.

Please for your own sanity. Stay away. They are a bunch of ****mers.
