More than a month ago, a promise was made to refund on a unit that was delivered to us on the day before my husband passed away - the unit was never used and we paid double the month's rental, without arguments, over R6k.
When I immediately informed RespoCare that the product is not sufficient and not according to my husband's prescription, an alternative buying solution was discussed, but then, unfortunately, my husband passed away on the 11th of September, and since then, I have been struggling to get any refund at a time that is most stressful for us as a family!
Telephonic conversations were made and promises that a 1-month rental will be refunded - NOT AS YET!!
