I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Restoquip, and I must say, it was by far the worst encounter I've had with any business. From the moment I reached out, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them.
David, the representative I spoke to, was incredibly rude and impatient right from the start. His attitude was confrontational and argumentative, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The way he treated me, a first-time client, was completely unacceptable.
To top it off, after expressing my dissatisfaction with his behavior, he had the audacity to abruptly hang up the phone on me, after instructing me to "get it elsewhere." Is this the kind of professionalism they endorse at Restoquip? It's simply appalling.
What's even more concerning is that this seems to be a recurring issue, as a quick glance at their reviews on HelloPeter reveals numerous complaints about their poor service. It's baffling that management hasn't taken any steps to address this glaring issue.
In conclusion, I urge anyone considering doing business with Restoquip (Restaurant store) to think twice. With such abysmal customer service and a complete disregard for client satisfaction, they are not worth your time or money. As for David, perhaps a permanent holiday would do him and the company some good.
