Shocking aftersales service experienced from the Restaurant Store. After purchasing a product online, I have tried for 3 weeks to get a response via website , email and telephone. Whilest the claim "professional aftersales service and support, there is ZERO response. Appaling service

I had an utterly deplorable experience with Restaurant Store / Restoquip, and I feel compelled to warn others. Their customer service is not only unprofessional but outrageously rude. When I reached out with a legitimate concern, the customer service agent I spoke to was completely disinterested in helping. They barely listened to my issue and told me I needed to email in my request, but when I asked for the email address, i was told to find it where i found the number.is it that hard to just give a email adress over the phone? It was clear they couldn’t care less about my problem or my experience as a customer. After some research, I found I’m far from alone—there are countless similar complaints on platforms like Hello Peter and Google Reviews. What’s worse is how the company handles criticism. Instead of showing remorse or appreciation for feedback, they double down and attack the customers who complain. It’s an appalling way to run a business, and it left me feeling utterly disregarded. I’d strongly advise steering clear of Restaurant Store / Restoquip unless you’re prepared for a fight just to get basic respect as a customer. There are tons of suppliers out there more then willing to assist you with a smile and appreciation for your business. Im waiting for them to clap back on this post.

Amazingly rude and unhelpful sales person. Spoke to a Kyle that gets irritated and shout at you after you explained that the reception is very bad. Gets upset when the favour is returned and put the phone down in your ear. I phoned again, he just drops the call when connected.

Stay FAR away from this crowd. I called for some parts for an Ankor product that they sold and was met with an abrupt guy. When I asked him why is so irritated he told me F..ck off put the phone, and hung up. WHERE and how do you speak to clients like this? I couldn't get to tell him which parts I needed. I called afterwards but he is not man enough to face me now.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Restoquip, and I must say, it was by far the worst encounter I've had with any business. From the moment I reached out, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. David, the representative I spoke to, was incredibly rude and impatient right from the start. His attitude was confrontational and argumentative, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The way he treated me, a first-time client, was completely unacceptable. To top it off, after expressing my dissatisfaction with his behavior, he had the audacity to abruptly hang up the phone on me, after instructing me to "get it elsewhere." Is this the kind of professionalism they endorse at Restoquip? It's simply appalling. What's even more concerning is that this seems to be a recurring issue, as a quick glance at their reviews on HelloPeter reveals numerous complaints about their poor service. It's baffling that management hasn't taken any steps to address this glaring issue. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering doing business with Restoquip (Restaurant store) to think twice. With such abysmal customer service and a complete disregard for client satisfaction, they are not worth your time or money. As for David, perhaps a permanent holiday would do him and the company some good.
