Shocking aftersales service experienced from the Restaurant Store. After purchasing a product online, I have tried for 3 weeks to get a response via website , email and telephone. Whilest the claim "professional aftersales service and support, there is ZERO response. Appaling service
Lack of response to enquiries I have been trying to change debit order details for 2 weeks. Call centre doesnt help, self service cant do it.
Your systems are appalling I want to change debit order details , so I go online. System tells me to change debit order, i first need to change payment method to cash, but doesnt tell you how So I try calling. Account related enquiries.... Dial 1, but no way of talking to anyone or making changes. Very complicated system and poor client service
Your call centre 0215082222 is appalling It is impossible to get to speak to someone. Eventually after going through multiple menus back and forward one gets the option to speak to a consultant Your WHATSAPP option one keeps being told to use doesn't work. Then I go online and once again "cannot link decoder" when it has been linked for 20 years I have been trying to reconnect holiday home, when eventually I get to sepak to someone after 10 minutes they cannot help APPALLING
I have had two accounts outstanding for almost a month, notwithstanding 14 emails sent to Lydia Mello lydia@clubtravel.co.za and corpacc@clubtravel.co.za and tried calling +27 21 427 1900 0860 111 357 The telephones do not get answered, go to voice mail, or no response If I do not get a response within 24 hours these accounts will be handed over for collection
PATHETIC service from Standard Bank Home Loans Call Centre. After waiting 7.5 minutes for them to answer, the call was cut by the consultant and referred back to the switch board and then to a survey to rate performance. Also do not respond to emails or acknowledge instructions Very bad service

Call disconnects no response. none to help Nothing this is the third time this has happened in three weeks maybe Standard bank should consider an alternative supplier this is unacceptable Who is going to pay for the lost revenue? Verifone? Standard Bank? No. the merchant will carry the costs.
