This club operates a camp in our suburb of Glencairn. They host camps for different groups but they sometimes are noisy and disruptive. When trying to approach the club it falls on deaf ears!

Club travel does not pay their accounts. Almost R20 000.00 in arrears at my Guesthouse. Mails and invoices are being sent to Club Travel consistently since November 2023 without any success. I do phone them as well but no payments are being made. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Our Small guest house took a booking from Club travel on 3 separate occasions last year in August, September and October on all the stay was only one day however they took all the rooms. Since then from the first booking we have been struggling to get paid. After challenges with load shedding this has a huge impact on cash flows. I have sent several e mails almost twice every month since then it makes no difference anymore. How do I get Club ravel to pay us?

My partner runs an accommodation business in Hoedspruit, an Agent from Club Travel called to book a client of theirs, from the Department of Agriculture in Pretoria. The Client was booked in for 38 days, running up a bill of R46000, which Club Travel is refusing to pay, citing reasons that the Department of Agriculture has not paid them for that client. Club Travel renounce itself as a "go to Travel and accommodation" agency but they are refusing to pay other service providers, this has been a battle between us for nine months, and their Director who is also a certified accountant is very rude towards ither service providers, he doesn't know how to speak to people and has no mannerism at all. Their call centre is forever busy, and they do not attend to any queries about payments. A very bad company to do business with!!! Accounts department do not follow up on any queries of late payment. Emails are not acknowledged, telephones remain unanswered and messages left are not attended to. DO not give them any payment terms. COD only

Payment is 3 months overdue. No one replies to the countless emails i have sent to creditors and supplier inv and enquires email addresses. No one answers the customer care, im on hold 2-3 hours per day for over a month without anyone ever answering. Shocking. Even the agents that use them as shocked and speachless with the service provided!
