This is a pathetic app system that municipalities are using to vend electricity. The system is forever clogged with dissatisfied clients. The electricity is vendored through this company which have also contracted a third party company. This whole mess makes electricity very expensive and unaffordable for many residents of Kouga Municipality as one of the municipalities utilizing this type of service. I paid via eft on Friday 6th June, made a follow up Staurday, the 7th, and Sunday, still on Monday and today on Tuesday, 10th of June I have still not yet received my token. I have been without electricity now for over a day, my making a purchase on Friday was because I was aware I am running low on the Kw of electricity. This company is nothing but an equivalent of many other companies put in place for people to munch on poor people's livelihood. But the main culprit in this whole mess is municipalities not wanting to take care of their own businesses and outsourcing to companies because cousins of cousins have to have a piece of bread on their tables.
I have a Cartracker system installed and have a service called Carwatch. This service is allowing my vehicle to have a virtual security on call. I started my car without deactivating the carwatch, and this gave an alert to cartrack. I received a call and was assisted by Octavia Phasha, who was professional and efficient in assisting me. I have high regard to the service given by cartrack.
My partner runs an accommodation business in Hoedspruit, an Agent from Club Travel called to book a client of theirs, from the Department of Agriculture in Pretoria. The Client was booked in for 38 days, running up a bill of R46000, which Club Travel is refusing to pay, citing reasons that the Department of Agriculture has not paid them for that client. Club Travel renounce itself as a "go to Travel and accommodation" agency but they are refusing to pay other service providers, this has been a battle between us for nine months, and their Director who is also a certified accountant is very rude towards ither service providers, he doesn't know how to speak to people and has no mannerism at all. Their call centre is forever busy, and they do not attend to any queries about payments. A very bad company to do business with!!! I recently did a review on multichoice(dstv) and their customers care and service delivery status. Just to emphasize, these guys never attended to my query, didn't even have the decency to give me or my wife call, even fyer I left our contact details. The services at Multichoice(dstv) are the worst ever. Thank you
My wife and myself runs an accommodation instalment. We bought dstv decoder for the establishments, she paid the account timeously, and one month she paid into a different account an amount of R11000 and we realised that the service was still suspended, and she went and paid again an amount of R8000, only to realise after making payment that both amiubts were not paid into her account but into one of our business acquintances' account. She contacted DSTV/ Multochoice about the mishaps, she was promised it would be solved. 10 months later the issue is not yet solved. She went to a DSTV walk in centre, the amount were checked and found to be in a different account, and she had proof of payment with her. She was asked ro submit proof of payment and that payments will be reversed, to date nothing had happened. When she inquired again, she was a given a ***** line contact number and told her account has been shifted to the fridge dept. We tried on numerous times to call the ***** department to no available. The automatuc answering machine, puts one on hold for hours at end and even mail are not answered in that department. Multichoice doesn't care about client service, we are currently out of business because our clients need tv as part of their package staying with us but we can't give that as multichoice is not assisting us in any way. We still waiting for the refund of about R19000,00 from Multochoice and this has been going on for the past 10 months. The details of my wife: Mrs M.P. I have recently enlisted to do a debt review with Debtsafe and the level of professionalism I have seen is 10 out of 10... The staff is friendly right from the dybi started speaking to the call centre staff, they make you feel safe with the things you have paid for.
