I have been a peronal banker with standard bank since my teens recently decided to open a business account as well with them. I am shocked at their level of sevice excellence i am not used to this was previously a nedbank business banker. i believe if i started with them my business will be far. Our Small guest house took a booking from Club travel on 3 separate occasions last year in August, September and October on all the stay was only one day however they took all the rooms. Since then from the first booking we have been struggling to get paid. After challenges with load shedding this has a huge impact on cash flows. I have sent several e mails almost twice every month since then it makes no difference anymore. How do I get Club ravel to pay us?

S0 disappointed with Sage right now. Their poor customer services is now affecting my business first e mail sent 17.02.2022 no responce received . Yesterday after 2 hours on calling sage i ultimately got a Mr Shamsher Khan, He seemed to want to hep me but still my problem is not sorted
Hi I ordered my furniture and some arrived in good condition some in very bad condition and some did not arrive at all, For a year we have tried to get the furniture which is already paid for to be delivered and surprise surprise it does not arrive at our doors and lots of excuses .
I arrived at Bargain Books in Lephalale and as i was stepping in my phone died. I asked if i could charge my phone they denoied me saying its against company policy. I walked out and luckily my phone was charged at the next shop. after a month oi went back and asked if oits possible for them to have a power bank for customers who might want to buy books and perhaps forgot their power banks at home like me on that day. The attitude of a specific Bargain Book employee was appalling. I walked out knowing that i will never step foot there again and will rather buy from Take a lot. its painful to see people behaving in this way as I am aslo a Business owner and its painful to loose customers.
