Our Small guest house took a booking from Club travel on 3 separate occasions last year in August, September and October on all the stay was only one day however they took all the rooms. Since then from the first booking we have been struggling to get paid. After challenges with load shedding this has a huge impact on cash flows. I have sent several e mails almost twice every month since then it makes no difference anymore. How do I get Club ravel to pay us?
