Non payment by Club Travel Corporate

My partner runs an accommodation business in Hoedspruit, an Agent from Club Travel called to book a client of theirs, from the Department of Agriculture in Pretoria. The Client was booked in for 38 days, running up a bill of R46000, which Club Travel is refusing to pay, citing reasons that the Department of Agriculture has not paid them for that client. Club Travel renounce itself as a "go to Travel and accommodation" agency but they are refusing to pay other service providers, this has been a battle between us for nine months, and their Director who is also a certified accountant is very rude towards ither service providers, he doesn't know how to speak to people and has no mannerism at all. Their call centre is forever busy, and they do not attend to any queries about payments. A very bad company to do business with!!!
