I had an utterly deplorable experience with Restaurant Store / Restoquip, and I feel compelled to warn others. Their customer service is not only unprofessional but outrageously rude. When I reached out with a legitimate concern, the customer service agent I spoke to was completely disinterested in helping. They barely listened to my issue and told me I needed to email in my request, but when I asked for the email address, i was told to find it where i found the number.is it that hard to just give a email adress over the phone? It was clear they couldn’t care less about my problem or my experience as a customer. After some research, I found I’m far from alone—there are countless similar complaints on platforms like Hello Peter and Google Reviews. What’s worse is how the company handles criticism. Instead of showing remorse or appreciation for feedback, they double down and attack the customers who complain. It’s an appalling way to run a business, and it left me feeling utterly disregarded. I’d strongly advise steering clear of Restaurant Store / Restoquip unless you’re prepared for a fight just to get basic respect as a customer. There are tons of suppliers out there more then willing to assist you with a smile and appreciation for your business. Im waiting for them to clap back on this post.
