Refund
I made a purchase online on the 29/12/2025. My delivery date was supposed to be on the 06/01/2026 but nothing happened. I called them to follow up and they advised that it might arrive later the same day.. still nothing.. I called again on 08/01/2026 and they advise that the issues was with the supplier but they will get back to me. Still nothing. I call the following week and same thing.. I then cancelled and requested for a refund on the 14/01/2026, till today no refund and no communication… I must always call to follow up and nothing is done. I want my money cause you couldn’t deliver. I’ll never ever purchase online with you guys

One star is to much, - 5 will be better, this Retail Route Take your money and disappear no phones no email, please can some one take them off the web, They steel money from hardworking people, bad bad ****mers...

This retail store is a ****, Retail route store or Retail route Electronics is the same place, I have bought a rifle scope, then they say, Delivery Courier, That is it. Then a week later, they need more money for Insurances, R950. that's when a smell a rat, I asked for a refund, they said no problem and its know month later, no email, no contact, ****-er!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company looks legit but it is a ****.they tell you your package is out on delivery but cant provide a tracking number and then they block your WhatsApp. ....please do not use them.they got me.

They don't deliver then don't respond to you
This website is a **** they promise to deliver then contact you to tell you the goods were damaged in transit while out for delivery then never respond to any inquiries regarding replacement or refund DO NOT USE THEM They will disappear with your money. Giving small companies a bad name.
