I made a purchase online on the 29/12/2025. My delivery date was supposed to be on the 06/01/2026 but nothing happened. I called them to follow up and they advised that it might arrive later the same day.. still nothing.. I called again on 08/01/2026 and they advise that the issues was with the supplier but they will get back to me. Still nothing. I call the following week and same thing.. I then cancelled and requested for a refund on the 14/01/2026, till today no refund and no communication… I must always call to follow up and nothing is done. I want my money cause you couldn’t deliver. I’ll never ever purchase online with you guys

I had the best time when my husband and i went to Nandos Caswald in Midrand. We went there to have supper.. ohhhh wow .. what's a best service. Keep it up guys. The food was well done. I serious enjoyed it.
My husband and I as first time buyers bought house in 2016 with Valuemax at Clayville and was financed by FNB. In 2017 we started to experience pops and cracks in and outside the house. And valuemax would come and ''fix'' it. Then early this year the cracks got worse which we made another appointment for them to send an engineer which was requested that the plastering to be removed, which we had to move out (almost 2months now)and a temporary place to stay.The ''engineer on his report stated that half of the house has to be rebuild. We refused and requested the developer to rebuild the whole house as it might cause issues in future. We took this matter to FNB as they have appointed the engineer to check before we both signed the happy letter ( we signed the happy letter based on the outward of the house, but without knowing that the bricks of the house were laid out properly). We send the complaint to FNB 3 weeks back and we haven't received any feed back or call to state their side of the story. Or got any assistance. We don't know when this be resolved and we need to back to us. Everyday when I go to the office people are complaining about the horrible service and not being competent. People have families and would to be in the houses in peace and safe.and put yourselves in our shoes.
In 2016 we claim a phone at CNA boksburg East Rand Mall which s in partnership with Edgars store, The value of the was R2000(insurance value of R46) then was ugraded to the value of R3100(insurance value of R94)which we were not made aware that we need to increace the value of the insurance. In July 2019 I claimed at Edgar's in Carnival Mall Brakpan. Now we are told that the value of that we need to for the phone is R2000. The difference of the insurance is R1500 to be paid and also access fee of R500. Now edgars and Hollard(Insurer) wants me to pay for information that was not disclosed to me. I'm very disappointed with such a service.. I hold the company responsible for not informing me in time. And the still continue to deduct from the insurance.
<p>i went to Engene garage in Clayville to pour petrol this morning.. Wow some old man that had to service us first take his time assist, then gives us attitude as if we wont be paying for that petrol. He was soooo slow, dont even communicate with regards to paying by a speed point i had to follow him around.. which even made me late to work. The place wasnt that packed but it took us 20 min for their service.</p> <p>Employees forget that they not doing us a favour for working for their family. If people are not happy with employers/ salaries they must take it out with their bosses not us. **** service!!!!!</p>
