Harassing the Dead!

Despite my numerous emails with a funeral notification for my ex wife that I divorced 10 years ago, they continue to harass me! They are illiterate or *********** as they don't either read my emails or understand. I have even phoned them and told them I don't have any contact with her family and they expect me to produce a death certificate.
