Extremely poor after sales service

My experience with this developer and its representatives has been extremely disappointing. Despite months of written promises, basic contractual snags remain unresolved, and there has been no accountability or follow-through. Communication is poor, deadlines are ignored, and the same excuses are recycled without action.

This pattern shows a complete lack of after-sales support and disregard for contractual obligations. It has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress due to the property being left incomplete.

Buyers should be very cautious – do not rely on verbal or email assurances, insist on written completion guarantees, and withhold final payment until every snag is truly resolved. Once they’ve been paid, you are on your own.
