Oxfloblox / Revo Property / Prospekt ⚠️ Serious warning to prospective buyers and investors. My experience with this developer and its representatives has been extremely disappointing. Despite months of written promises, basic contractual snags remain unresolved, and there has been no accountability or follow-through. Communication is poor, deadlines are ignored, and the same excuses are recycled without action. This pattern shows a complete lack of after-sales support and disregard for contractual obligations. It has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress due to the property being left incomplete. Buyers should be very cautious – do not rely on verbal or email assurances, insist on written completion guarantees, and withhold final payment until every snag is truly resolved. Reported an emergency home insurance claim for a geyser that stopped operating. Received a reference number. I was told that someone from Santam will phone in two hours to arrange to come out. I have phoned AON callcentre back 5 times to get an update on the call reference an no one was able to assist me. There is no hot water on one of the coldest days in South Africa. At one point the call centre agent let me hold on for 22 minutes and then I decided to just end the call. Tomorrow I am getting other home insurance.
This company's service is absolutely non existent. Our practice has been without a working terminal for an entire week. Each time I phone the card connect call centre, i wait 10 minutes before the call is answered and each time they just escalate the query. The agents do not come out to fix the terminal - and this is a brand new terminal being rented for a premium of R500 a month. Before we were advised upgrade to the rental agreeement, we purchased one of there machines that just one they stopped working. They just said sorry they are waiting for feedback from manufacturer in China. I am seriously considering cancelling the contract! If you have an option do not use this company - your business will suffer!!!!!
I had the most unprofessional experience with this company. I requested a sales person to come out and take measurements. I was upfront regarding the reason I required roller blinds for the guest bedroom, as the street light was shining into the room as there was currently no curtains. He proposed block out blinds which I agreed to because I had guests checking in on the 21st of Feb. I indicated that it is urgent and asked if the blinds would be ready if we placed the order immediately. His reply was "it is not impossible" - as it is only two small blinds. The salesperson was very friendly and took the effort in explaining everything to me. On this premise, when I received the quote, I immediately paid the deposit and the company placed the order. Upon enquiry when the blinds will be installed, I was informed it was planned for the 26th of February in the morning 08:00. I was flabbergasted as this was one week later that what I requested? I immediately sent an email to the company which was never responded to from the sales person, nor the manager. I had to quickly incur additional expenses to buy curtains for the room where my guests checked in as an interim measure. A day before the 26th of Feb (installation day) I received a call from the manager to confirm installation in the morning at 08:00. I then asked her why they never responded to my e-mail and she couldn't answer me. An hour later she contacted me again saying that they will not be able to install the blinds in the morning anymore, because they delivered my blinds to another client. I indicated to her that I had a confirmed appointment on Friday, 26 Feb at 15:00 and that the installation cannot take place later than 13:30. At 14:00 on 26th February- I phoned the manager to indicate that no one has arrived yet. She was not even aware. Phones me back indicating that the truck is stuck in traffic and is on their way. So they arrived at 15:00. I had to cancel the appointment on short notice and lost money because of late cancellation. When I asked the installation team why they were so late and if the manager (Ronel) informed them of my installation time, - they said that no one informed them of the time that they had to be at my house. And no one phoned me me to tell me they will be late. On the 2nd of March I received the outstanding invoice - I paid the invoice and send an e-mail to the manager and sales person that I was not happy with the service they have provided. Poor communication with the client. Created the impression and expectation that my blinds would be delivered at the date I indicated my guests would check in. The I received the following response from the sales person - This is a direct quote from his response to me: " Thanks for you email. We ordered the blinds as urgent and I said that it is cutting it fine, we get the blinds from a factory that can sometimes assist us with urgent orders but sometimes they cannot it depends on what commitments they have made to their customers and how busy they are, the standard lead time for any blind company to make blinds is 3 weeks as nothing is off the shelf and everything has to be custom made. This was my email to you from the first quote sent "Lead time for blind is +- 2 weeks and shutters 3-4 weeks from date of order”, your deposit was paid on the 11th of Feb, I placed the order on the 11th of Feb and we installed on the 26th of Feb which is 1 day later than 2 weeks so we were within the timeframe that we gave you in writing and if fact very a very quick turnaround compared to the norm. Please can I ask that you don’t go to Hello Peter, if your comments are considered slander and are found unjustified and cause a company financial loss then that company is well within their rights to claim back any financial loss suffered which can be a hefty amount, I’m not trying to be clever but a personal friend of mine is a very prominent attorney and has won many cases for clients this way. It's not worth it for either party. " I was astonished by this response..... So basically - NO APOLOGY, and he threatened to take legal action against me if I post any negative comments regarding the service that I have received. In conclusion, If I knew that the blinds would not be delivered or installed on time, I would not have procured the blinds from Windowvert.

Phoned discovery insure to request assistance - they logged the call and arranged for a locksmith to assist me. The whole process was completed within 20 minutes.
