Its payday and you have server issue's. thousand of employees wait for inrewards to catch a wake up. it took management almost month to replace 5 cards on my MA account now followed by this - server down. each time, IT department reports it as "something, is down, e.g server, website or faulty cable etc.." but in fact, the IT department is as useless as before they studied. this is our lively hood and you play around in the office not doing regular routine maintenance checks relevant to your department. but prefer to laze around until an issue surfaces then you scramble to think what the issue is, taking much longer than if you could have just been proactive with your maintenance. thank you IT, hope you enjoyed your start of the weekend.
