After the first visit was such a dissapointment I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day. So I enquired if they could remove and refit the gearbox on Mazda BT50 auto as I already sourced replacement parts. Sure she said, she gave me a price & asked when I could bring the bakkie, Monday she said (yesterday morning). So, we arrived-I booked the bakkie in and off I went. Today I tried getting hold of them, sent Salome a message, tried phoning but no answer. Then I sent Zakaria a message, waited a couple of hours then tried phoning him-no answer. Tried Salome again, she cut the call. By then already I was getting frustrated so I tried the land line, which just kept on ringing. So I got into my car, drove the 70km to get there and there it was, still parked outside. Nothing done, no updated, no call, nothing!!! I understand how business goes and although they did apologize I've already lost all trust & faith as a job that takes 2 hours has not even been attended to in 2 days.
I thought about it for a minute & then just asked for my key.
