5 weeks ago, I drove my vehicle to work and when it was time to leave it didn't want to start. No smoke, no funny noises, no warning lights-it cranked but didn't start at all. Got some mechanics out to come have a look, they said its the ECU. To me it didn't make sense + I don't know the mechanics so I thought I'd get a second opinion. Took it to the Germiston branch, first I asked regarding a replacement unit but booked it in anyway to see what the results were. Got the report, it said 'Replace ECU'. Nothing else, no repair option - just replace. I collected it that same afternoon, purchased a new ECU, had the software loaded. Plugged it in and...same fault code??? Then we replaced the injectors, it then started but wasn't 100%. Long story short, the issue was 2 wires that was corroded, we then plugged in the original ECU and there you go!!! So, I emailed these guys from ECU express, asking if they could explain to me how they came about the results. For every 3 emails you send you might get 1 reply and even though my question was clear - they haven't given me an answer as yet... Its really ****ty coming from a company you trust and rely on as I only purchased another ECU based on their results. Now, I'm stuck with it and they don't give a ****. I'd like someone to contact me and explain how did this happen??? Let's see if they do -
Incompetend, uneducated and *****. Real nice until you've paid, I paid for a 'new' set of rims and trusted him when he said he checked them... Its now been 2 months, I still don't have centre caps??? I'm sure new rims comes standard with those...
Our S4 went for 70 000km service on 13/05/2025. I checked everything when it came back and found that the motor looks like it hasn't been washed for years, the brake fluid cap was still open. A bolt missing on the air filter housing and we've been charged for axle oil replacement but the centre cap on the diff has not been worked on at all. Not just that, from January to May their parts prices have increased by double. Since then I have contacted Anton (workshop manager) but not 1 effort has been made to get back to me. You know, if the manager doesn't make an effort to resolve the problem, imagine how the service is. This is beyond me
It's so frustrating, not only due to the fact that what the salesman told me and what was written in the schedule did not correspond-after canceling the policy I declined 2 debi-checks yet they debited my account yesterday and today. Yeah,real easy getting a quote but not so easy when issues like this needs to be resolved
Promises from here to there, until you agree. Evan Kruger phoned me 5 times a day until I agreed, now-for 2 days straight I cannot get hold of him. Great service (more lack of it). The promises he made and the policy scedule he sent does not correspond. Let's see, maybe he'll call after this???
Apologies, I haven't had time to see what or if Tracker has responded on this platform. Let's just clear things up quickly, I recieved 1 email from Tracker the day after my initial review, I rep**** - it took her 10 days to respond to the email I sent. The matter has not been resolved or attended to, please don't be mislead or mistaken. I have requested Tania to either phone me or come see me so we can put this matter to bed but nothing! This is not on!!! Imagine if this was an emergency, or my car was ****** - I'm lost for words. -Tania @ Tracker, please do not respond. Rather make an effort to contact me in person. This here is just embarrassing
For the life in me I do not understand why insurance companies requires a tracker device to be installed??? This is on my personal vehicle, so I'll maybe use it every other weekend, the rest of the time its locked in my garage at home. Earlier this year, the battery ran down due to lack of usage so after 1 week of it being 'off-line', I phoned them and kindly asked them if they could tell me where my car was currently-and they couldn't which aggrevated me beyond words. Recently its being repaired so the battery was disconnected, after 3 weeks I received an email asking me if the car is being used as they haven't been receiving any updates from the vehicle??? 3 weeks, do you know what can happen to a car in 3 weeks? If it was ****** you'll never find it-so,I ask you? What am I paying for? Clearly theres no added service or protection!!!!!!!!
So today was my gran's funeral. I went to go view the body (hoping she'd look better than the last time I saw her). I arrived at above mentioned in Micheal Brink streer, Pretoria. I first asked if I'm at the right place because it looks like a pawn-shop when you walk. He sais yes, come right through. In my mind I was like 'through this pile of **** stacked everywhere). If it was just that I could've lived with it but how dare them... Just before the service started he called all the brothers and sisters together and then proceeds to say that the closing of the grave is not part of the service and R600 cash should be handed to him at the grave-yard so he can arrange. How fkn dare you??? It should be included in his bill and covered by him and couldn't you maybe mentioned it when arrangements were made? Julle is agter-af. I know nothing could bring back my gran, but please don't let idiots like these squeeze you when you are at your lowest. All the men who attended, we made turns to cover her up, it wasn't an issue and we did it with pride!
Upgrading your phone only comes around every second or third year, which is supposed to be an experience, not true??? NOT TRUE, somehow we got to deal with MTN Cosmo Mall and the customer service is up to ****!!! Contact numbers listed for that branch exist but doesn't work. The salesman responded to 1 of my emails and customer services asked me "so what would you like me to do"... Paperwork from our side has been signed and accepted but according to DSV (the courier company), the phone cannot be delivered until MTN Cosmo approves the recievers contacr name and adres. It's been 3 days and has still not been done by the salesman nor any one else at MTN. DSV said I should phone MTN and request that they do it but if I can't get hold of Cosmo, *** should I do? Hats off to the hand full of employees that actually tried helping-you guys shine above the rest!!!!!
It's still very recent so I'm not exactly sure how to address the issue. Due to the fact that I bought tickets on Quicket for today's event at R450 a shot. Drove all the way to Zwartkops Raceway to find...nothing. That is the most ****tiest thing you (as organizer or promoter) can do. No email, no notification, no update on Facebook just nothing. I've tried posting on their facebook page but it needs to be reviewed before its published so it probably won't get published. Waste of resources I tell you!!! Hope to get in touch with someone to atleast get a refund from them.
