Dishonest seller
My girlfriend and I purchased a BMW 320d from Rezak. We had nothing but problems. We found out after purchasing the vehicle it had been in a front end collision due to the fact that it broke down and we took it to Bruce's BMW, who were fantastic and did everything to help us. When trying to discuss the matter we were avoided. After seeking legal advice we ended losing over R10k to this outright, shameless crook as it was the general consensus that going to the ombudsman was far from quick and easy with no guarantees that we could get our money out of Rezak. Just grateful to have the experience behind us. NEVER AGAIN! BUYERS BE WARNED...

Dishonest seller

Highly recommended, good quality cars and customer service!
I purchased a Polo Vivo from Rezakwp Auto and was really impressed by the service received. You feel like a VIP from the time you walk onto the showroom floor. I would like to thank the staff at RezakWP Auto for going above and beyond, I am very happy with my purchase. They also offer services!!

I bought 3x vehicles from them so far. (Range Rover, VW Polo, Mini Cooper) What I can say is that they are quick, efficient and really on top of their work. Bought cars from bigger companies before but they never gave me the attention I expected to get as a customer. All my cars are 100% and I never had an issue. Paid also less than anywhere else. If you consider buying there, I would say go for it as I will defiantly buy again from them.

Not owning up to 6 month Statutary Warranty
I purchased the car in November 2015 and have had the car for 2 months when the Gearbox malfunction light went on, in good faith returned to Rezak Wp Autos to have it sorted.<br> <br> Owner just refuses to take ownership and repair the vehicle.<br> <br> Not having driven an Audi Multifunction before I didn't know what its supposed to feel like. So I guess the shudder in the beginning after buying wasn't normal. <br> <br> Now I sit with a problem and a cost of R63000.00 in damages.<br> <br> Thank you Rezak Parker.
