Not owning up to 6 month Statutary Warranty

I purchased the car in November 2015 and have had the car for 2 months when the Gearbox malfunction light went on, in good faith returned to Rezak Wp Autos to have it sorted.<br> <br> Owner just refuses to take ownership and repair the vehicle.<br> <br> Not having driven an Audi Multifunction before I didn't know what its supposed to feel like. So I guess the shudder in the beginning after buying wasn't normal. <br> <br> Now I sit with a problem and a cost of R63000.00 in damages.<br> <br> Thank you Rezak Parker.
