Waiters and Managers spreading malicious and damaging rumours.
Rhapsodys Witbank staff have a tendency to spread gossip and news of what the patrons get up to when you have drinks there. I get there and have drinks a lot with friends and patrons. Even international patrons. But then my friends who visit there tell me that the waiters told them of the things we do when we there. Make sure you don’t drink or have dinner there if you don’t want to people to find out. I go there to be discreet but it’s clearly not safe. And it is non other than the waiters who gossip and spread lies with the patrons. My confidentiality has been broken one too many times at this establishment. I would like this to be dealt with. I would like to report a certain individual who spreads such vile things about us to people that I know. I feel my personal space has been violated as these rumors are mailicious and damaging to my reputation. I have the name and this is a serious case....

<p>I've been going to this place for the last 9 Years. As a performer that had playd at this this place before , I' have never had such bad service as Tonight....... The worste ever waiter.... And then the ' Up coming white young dj') denying our request of playing comercial ( Lira/ Micasa) Just telling us, we are the only white people in this place and his playlist is set How unprofesional.... Really........ Not on. Something went wrong at that place. I will take my clients to other places like Capitlal Craft and Beerhouse then.............</p>

manager failed to take drink order
I went to Rhapsody's centurion with my boyfriend for breakfast it was his first time to visit Pretoria as one of the managers came to check on us we gave him our drink order which he failed understand until our waiter came to clear our table that's when we managed to get our drinks. we were shocked with my boyfriend that a manager failed to understand a drink order of just vodka and juice we just thought in our minds this was the reason why the shop was empty such a fine mid-afternoon. please Rhapsody's you can do better than that imagine if I had brought a couple of friends was that manager going to handle all our orders.

I went to Rhapsody's centurion with my boyfriend for breakfast it was his first time to visit Pretoria as one of the managers came to check on us we gave him our drink order which he failed understand until our waiter came to clear our table that's when we managed to get our drinks. we were shocked with my boyfriend that a manager failed to understand a drink order of just vodka and juice we just thought in our minds this was the reason why the shop was empty such a fine mid-afternoon. please Rhapsody's you can do better than that imagine if I had brought a couple of friends was that manager going to handle all our orders.

The worse service I have ever had at a restaurant.
The night began with us finding our self with a smug waiter who was not in the mood to be working. Rudely asking us what it is we are wanting, my one friend actually made a joke trying to lighten up this arrogant character only to find the waiter rudely repeating in an arrogant matter. After getting our order wrong three times in failing to do something as simple a getting a glass of lemon with water we were left with a bill that included all the wrongfully received and sent back orders. On top of this the waiter took it upon herself to add another R20 on top of the bill we had worked out for her. This is after adding a 10% tip. We were met by her and two waiters laughing at us exiting the restaurant. Very disappointed and not sure if I would ever set foot in that place again.

Manageress bad attitude
We went to Rhapsody's in Parkview on Friday Night. We went in to the bar to get a drink, and a bartender by the name of Joseph was very helpful. He attended to us immediately, where after the manageress came and shouted at him directly in front of us. He was doing his job exceptionally well and we were treated with the utmost respect, until she came and ruined the experience. She looked at us in a belittling way, and acted as if Joseph shouldn't be helping us. I will never come to Rhapsody's again until this lady changes her attitude. It's unprofessional and not the correct way to manage her staff. <br>
