Pathetic place!

Absolutely pathetic service! I think I called this place more than 10 times and I must repeat my story that I did not receive my daughters stationary and school started already! One of the consultants told me to come in and I can fetch it I did that and waited for over 20 mins for someone to tell me that one item is missing and it will get delivered to me the next day!

I called again as I see it is getting late and I did not get the stationary like it was promised. I have been transferred from pillar to post!

How can the service be so terrible I will never recommend this place to anyone Such a *******!

I need to probably drive there and get a refund!!!
