Service was horrible. Waitress didn't even bother to introduce herself. We were served starters to share with no side plates or cutlery and while we were still busy with starters the main course was literally dumped on our table, again with no cutlery.

Not recommended: Ribs and Burgers the Neighbourhood Square advertises a buy-one-get-one-free offer for both burgers and ****tails on the Entertainer app, but only allows you to use it for one item—not both as advertised. Staff initially confirmed both deals could be redeemed, which was misleading and led to unexpected costs. This feels like false advertising and is disappointing for customers.

Didn’t even eat there! Sat down ordered water and drinks. Glasses were filthy. Was so taken by my dinner partner, didn’t even notice that the table was incredibly filthy. How can you eat at a place where everything is dirty? Left immediately and went next door to PAUL. Sis, Ribs and Burgers

To whom it may concern. I would like to bring to your attention of the horrific service we received from Ribs and Burgers at the neighborhood on the 2 May 2022. Myself and a few friends decided we wanted to meet up for lunch and I suggested Ribs and Burgers as I am a regular customer and wanted to support the branch I usually go too.. when we arrived I asked my Fiancé to please go and ask the manager if he would mind if my puppy who is being bottle fed as she is 3 weeks old can sit with us if we sit outside thinking if it was a problem we would just order takeaways and go and eat at one of our homes. When my Fiancé got to the door we asked one of the waiters if it would be okay to sit outside with the tiny pup he screamed at us and said no get that dog away from here. The lady standing in front apologized and said we can speak to the manager the manager told the lady from the front not to bug him for stupid customers. I am absolutely flabbergasted by the treatment we recieved . And myself nor my friends will ever step foot In that restaurant again. I am shocked that after covid you can afford to turn a customer away never mind 11 people. I understand if the place is not pet friendly they could have just asked us to order a take away. There was no need for the rudeness and arrogance we were treated with. I am appalled by this behavior. I await your response.

Their food is always excellent, Last night my wife ordered chilli chicken breasts which proved too hot. With hardly a word spoken the manager appeared and professionally offered to replace the dish. The manner in which we were served was just fantastic,!. Thank you also to Bryton who was energetically all over the place delivering great service.

They didn't deliver. Refused to cancel and refund. Got insulting and now I have to go to Paygate to get my money back. I was told and asked to order online. Nothing was delivered. Last time the system just didn't process the order. This time they asked me to order, I do, and the system accepts the order and takes my money. But then I get a call from a cashier who tells me I need to order in delivery times. I checked my payslip an it turns out I don't actually work for Rib and Burger and they didn't say anything on their site about delivery times, and their system accepted a delivery outside of those times. I then get handed to an arrogant manager who wants to know what my problem is, takes on the issue with no actual clue what the issue is and he proceeds to tell me it's my fault because I ordered delivery at the wrong time. I asked for the order to be cancelled so I could order via Mr D, he refused. I demanded he did it and he refused. I then text the marketing manager, who has made no attempt to call me back. No delivery was made. No follow up. No response to my request for a refund. The store manager confirmed that the marketing manager is aware of the situation and has been refusing to take calls or respond or refund. I've gone from promoting this brand and now I'll never eat there again.
