I was given a call to be told I am existing customer, before I did make an enquiry via their ad on Facebook. I received a call for my location enquiry for compliant too Fibre to the house 🏡.. I was told I will definitely received the SMS with password and login details. I have not received all of that instead I received mail with the reference number.l don't understand why I was promised an SMS and guidance on how to use a link for payment.Until today I am heading to three weeks without a callback from Mweb Rich Vuma to connect me. I don't know what time is good for poor, quality services.however will definitely wait for the better presentation. Nehemiah Setha
