I hardly not 3 months with Dstv internet and decoder but it's been a night mare. We identify the problem solving of discontuency and I am told that the account is fine π, two days down the line the Dstv decoder is red no longer serving, this has done and gone after making several calls to the time of an hour plus on a call and the similar problem persists with no solution after reconnecting for about three times, this was even addressed at the supervisor level. I got back from multichoice after I terminated their service for more than 6 years and this is the frustration I get again from them..so frustrating π
The service network is pathetic and no resolutions even when complaining.

I am so dissapointed with Sanlam services I made a request for my withdrawal on the 6th of September and i was only told that the is an overlaping of days which was supose to be communicated to me before the fourth of October. I called their help line service and i hold on for more than an hour for a response using my voice air time , no apologies or any form of showing the delay, I am put through to NATALIE SAID TO BE THE WITHDRAWAL SPECIALIST and she also don apologise for the delay , as i give her my details she tells me that the withdrawalrequest has not been processed after a month of submitted required documents, and she was also not friendly to assist me as she kept on talking not let me raise my frustration. This is not the first time even their broker was not professional with my pilcies with them. The expereince with Sanlam is bad on time frame response and customer service on my money, i wonder how many South Aficans are expereincing this delay uncommunicated and BAD SERVICE Sanlam.
The service within Vumatel is bad, I subscribed to them to connect with Fibre for my family and myself to perform my duties.The date of payment agreement being every 15th of every month, Now the entire agreement has changed without informing me,I get suspended two days before the agreed payment date. When I sent emails an WhatsApp message no one responded instead they continue to suspend me and I pay on the 15th of every month I got proof of payments. I lost a wage because of not working affected by WiFi from Vuma fibre Flycool.i I am paying 399.00 instead of 389.00 the is even no speed adjustable to the internet by Vuma, the community around are gatvol with Vuma Flycool services. I am waiting for reconciliation and a calling non since this morning.sucking services ..
The service get interrupted by no notice,no internet access. This might go for hours and when you inform them response is poor from their side. This is not considered for credit on the service interruption.i pay on time without interruption in their account..
The organization is hed at an iron fist nature of relation to their workers. The is no professionalism and proper process The workers are even restricted on short breaks like rest rooms You are not allowed to be off system within five minutes The management is worthless with no support I urge South Africans not to be used by desperate abuse system like this organization The huge false promise and huge abuse..DONT

I was given a call to be told I am existing customer, before I did make an enquiry via their ad on Facebook. I received a call for my location enquiry for compliant too Fibre to the house π‘.. I was told I will definitely received the SMS with password and login details. I have not received all of that instead I received mail with the reference number.l don't understand why I was promised an SMS and guidance on how to use a link for payment.Until today I am heading to three weeks without a callback from Mweb Rich Vuma to connect me. I don't know what time is good for poor, quality services.however will definitely wait for the better presentation. Nehemiah Setha
