POOR SERVICE to NO SERVICE

Spoke to the Company on Thursday morning and all they wanted was an e-mail sent to them. Not interested in taking details down. ONLY E- MAIL. Heard nothing, so phoned Company on Friday around 16.00hrs-Close at 17.00 hrs. NO REPLY. Nothing heard on Monday, so phoned Tuesday morning, to be told that they had problems with E-MAIL for a while.???? Please re-send.!!!! So why ask for e-mail,just take down client's info, and supply the service. Safe to say, I've another Company coming to do the job today..
